High Capacity - High Durability
Span - Track takes the abuse of active warehouses and
assembly plants. Galvanized steel side channels, 3/4" diameter tempered aluminum
full width rollers and full length 3/16" steel axles handle loads up to 50 lbs.

Span - Track 3D |
| Low Profile Span -
Track 3D with 3" deep side channels (14 gauge galvanized steel) carries
loads up to 50 lbs per ft. on 10' unsupported spans.
Span - Track 3D installs between pallet rack beams. Saves
vertical space for high density live storage. Order "to-the-inch" cuts to
fit existing footprint. Uses 2 standard Span-Track Hangers per 3D section

High Profile Span - Track |

Installs on any pallet rack beams. Sections can extend beyond front and rear
of the rack for increased storage space and a contoured profile. The track
is fully adjustable, left, right, front or back providing complete
flexibility to match SKUs.
14 gauge galvanized retainer angle attaches
to the full length of the front and rear beams. A lock arm secures the
Span-Track to the rear beam retainer angle and rack. A simple lock/unlock
action enables one person to easily adjust or relocate the track without
tools.
The front end of the high profile Span-Track
acts as a raised carton stop. The rear end has a load bar to absorb impact
loading. Both ends have 2" label holders built in.

Span-Track drops onto the beams of your pallet rack for instant,
ready-to-roll live storage. No shelves, hangers or retainers. Just
adjust the beams and add the track. One worker, no tools, no
complications.
The push back design provides easy loading
and it keeps the cartons on track, up front and easy to retrieve.
Vertical spacing of track is dictated only by the height of products on each
level. The usable storage space of your rack is dramatically increased over
traditional static storage. |
